How to go to the villa
When coming by taxi, from either the bus station in Pattaya or from the airport in Bangkok, you tell the driver to go to “Thappraya – Soi 15, in Pattaya”. (just follow the sign to The Rizin)

### Code to key box ###
Go to the key box next to the main door (Make sure you have paid for smooth check-in) we will send the code to the key box 3 days before you arrive.

Check-in is on after 2 pm.
Check out is on before 11 am, as the cleaning crew will be arriving immediately after to prepare for our next guest.

### Luggage Storing ###
We will come and clean the villa after the guest check-out at 11 am. You are welcome to leave your luggage on your own risk in the villa to the villa that is clean at 2 pm.
